I drink champagne when I’m happy and when I’m sad. Sometimes I drink it when I’m alone. When I have company I consider it obligatory. I trifle with it if I’m not hungry and drink it when I am. Otherwise I never touch it – unless I’m thirsty.

Allie DeKock is a wine educator who has worked in virtually all aspects of the wine industry, including experience as a buyer for a boutique wine company as well as a distributor of wines from around the world in her current capacity. She is a Certified Sommelier and has earned the distinctions of both Certified Specialist of Wine and Certified Specialist of Spirits. She is currently completing the prestigious Diploma for Master of Wine program, of which there are only 280 recipients in the world.
Michelle Morin is a Certified Sommelier who has worked in both fine wine retail and hospitality. She has been an integral part of the wine and beverage programs for both award winning restaurants and five diamond hotels. Along with her restaurant experience, she has managed a successful wine tasting bar. She currently holds an Advanced Certificate with the Wine and Spirits Educated Trust and is currently completing the prestigious Diploma for Master of Wine program, of which there are only 280 recipients in the world.
